Foundation of Ritesh Trading Company

Our journey began with the establishment of Ritesh Trading Company, specializing in the trading and distribution of iron, steel, roofing sheets, and other construction materials. This laid the foundation for our expertise in the steel and building materials industry.

Entry into Manufacturing

Driven by a vision to deliver superior quality products, we established our first manufacturing unit and began producing Kamdhenu GC Sheets and Kamdhenu Colour Coated Roofing Sheets using advanced manufacturing technology.

Expansion into Jammu (Kathua)

To strengthen our manufacturing capabilities and better serve customers across North India, we commissioned our second manufacturing facility in Kathua, Jammu.

The new unit significantly enhanced our production capacity and expanded the reach of Kamdhenu Roofing Sheets.

Establishment of Shivalik Ispat

Continuing our growth journey, we established Shivalik Ispat, a modern manufacturing plant located in Raipur Rani, Haryana.
